Hi, I’m Jackie
I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist, certified Health Coach and Heart Expert.
I specialise in helping people who have, or are at risk of heart conditions who need support with their diet and lifestyle, and need a clear path to cut through the confusion so they can lower their risk of further heart concerns.
As a result my clients reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease by gaining control of their heart heath, and feel free to live life to the fullest.
Shortly after I graduated with distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and became a Registered Nutritional Therapist, my Mum had a heart attack. My Mum had always been at a healthy weight, never smoked, ate a very healthy diet, always exercised, taught yoga, and had healthy cholesterol levels. From the outside; the last person you’d expect to have a heart attack.
That’s when I knew I had to use my knowledge and skills and specialise in cardiovascular health to help others who are suffering with, or at risk for the world’s number 1 killer.
I now understood just how terrifying heart disease can be, and if I could help even one person ‘get on top of it’ and stop living on a knife edge, I had to support them increase their likelihood of a longer, stronger, happier life.
My mission is to empower and coach people to avoid, improve, and reverse heart disease risk naturally through diet and lifestyle choices. I am passionate about providing professional, science-based support for life-changing choices to increase the vitality and longevity they desire and deserve.
I take away the guesswork and coach you through small, manageable nutrition and lifestyle changes even if you don't have much time or energy. I empower you with the right tools so you can feel energised and confident in your heart again.
