Group Programmes
Group programmes are a great way to get support form in-person meetings and meet others with similar health concerns.
Alongside the nutritional and health coaching guidance I provide, group members can help motivate and support each other in meetings and in a private Facebook group.
A group setting can help provide a deeper understanding of your health concerns and empower you to take control, as well as reduce feelings of isolation and anxiety around your health.
If you feel you just need a little push in the right direction, group programmes offer an affordable starting point.
Each of my group programmes are centred around one specific heart condition to provide you with a holistic and targeted approach to supporting your health.
Programmes tend to run for approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
